1. 10,000 Maniacs at the Ocean City Music Pier – August 24
Here’s a great way to close out August in Ocean City!
10,000 Maniacs will perform at the Ocean City Music Pier on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The longtime alternative rock band brings its unmistakable sound to one of our favorite Ocean City venues — right on the Boardwalk.

2. OCNJ Labor Day Race – September 7
Want to finish the summer with a workout and an Ocean City tradition?
The OCNJ Labor Day Race takes place on Monday, September 7, 2026, with a 5-mile beach run and a 1-mile fun run/walk. The five-mile race starts at 9:00 a.m. at 23rd Street and the Boardwalk.
It’s a great event for runners, families and anyone spending Labor Day weekend in Ocean City.

3. Ocean City’s End-of-Summer Music Continues
The Ocean City Music Pier continues to offer great entertainment as summer winds down. On August 30, the Music Pier hosts Four Magnificent Male Icons, a tribute to the music of Neil Diamond, Barry Manilow, Elvis Presley and Bobby Darin.
The music continues into September with performances including The Movie Music of John Williams with the Ocean City Pops on September 6, Dueling Pianos on September 9 and The Music of Billy Joel with Tony DeSare on September 12.

Here’s another reason not to put Ocean City in the rearview mirror after Labor Day!
The Ocean City Corvette Show returns to the Boardwalk on Sunday, September 13, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. More than 400 Corvettes are expected to be displayed from 6th Street to 14th Street, with models representing nearly every era of Corvette production.
It’s one of the largest Corvette shows of its kind in the East and a fantastic excuse for a September weekend in Ocean City.
